Cooling Pan for Source Turbo

Referred to as the Ice Tray in ExtractCraft documentation, this aluminum pan provides thermal cooling for the Source Turbo's lid to condense ethanol vapor inside the collector. 
One ice try is included as standard equipment with the Source Turbo. It is useful to have more than one.
